And as long as your car is not "illegally lowered" you should be fine with avoiding things in the road... What i mean by illegally lowered is, as long as your car hasn't been modified beyond legal height limits; Which is no higher or lower than 2inches from factory height IIRC?

This was assuming all things were correct. And even so, he can contest his own conviction. Its not like u would drive through pot holes in a stock height car either. I would go to the other side of the road as well for something that should be repaired by a tax payers taxes.
