I'd get on some meds. I was anxious several years ago and got on meds for about a year and everything is good now. If you don't want to go that route then i'd suggest you doing some type of exercising. This also helps with the problem.
Edit: Everyone one is different. Don't try to start telling yourself you have one of these problems in this thread. You need to go to the doctor.
