It hasn't been 30 days, either. I see this female going through the court and having her rights removed. She'll then be free of any responsibilities to the child and won't reap the (legal) woes of doing so.

The OP, I hope you're a better dude in real life than you portray on IA because if not, I feel for the child.

The only kudos I can give you right now is your word and intentions with this child. I have a feeling that this child will be majority raised by a grandparent.
