I'm sorry if your forehead skews the perception of your ears. Clearly a manly voice is mistaken for a girly voice because of the distance it must travel to your ears to get passed your forehead. It's like crossing the great divide, the grand canyon, and the atlantic ocean all at once. I don't doubt that my voice could lose a little bass with all that distance in play. Get a big bucket of water, mix in some lovely things like fish guts, onions, anything that smells, etc... whatever. Put a hole in the bottom, run a hose to under their door while they sleep, empty it out in their room. If you wanted, depending on which way their door opens, you could do the famous clear saran wrap across the door way, as well. I'd do all of the above, plus blasting "Party in the USA" constantly.

next time they have the door wide open and the music up. just walk in make sure then are like laying on the bed or sitting in a chair studying or whatever the fuck they do. walk it walk over to the stereo and turn in down... not off your self. and walk out back to your room. but here is the catch. DO NOT acknowledge them at all no matter what. go back to your room and close the door. if they follow you its even better. close the door in there face( if you have to while walking back to your room.) then when they knock on the door open and be completely nice and ask them if you can help them. if they are pissed or asking what you did. just be like sorry couldnt study. and close the door.

if they ask why did you go into their room. just be like the door was open i thought it was ok, or another part of the hallway. lol if they try and come into your room when you have the door closed. then call the cops or beat the shit out of them with a maglite or baseball bat... i prefer maglite 4D at least. but a 2D works just as well. lol
