No I can say I have been blanked out before when I had my bike. Only once tho, and that was bad enough. Woke up the next day and couldn't remember anything from the time I left work til I woke up. Still dressed with with my bike jacket on and my helmet at my side, with my garage door up and my bike sitting right in front of it with the key still in it. Not from drinking tho.

Well technically, all they could of done was had the car towed. If the person did not come out and try to move it that is. Maybe gave her a ticket for improper parking. Because the cop didn't see the person behind the wheel there would be no proof that they were driving.
