She looks like a former cheerleader and yes she most likely worksout. She might run track but you get built legs like that from workingout in a gym and what not plus running. Most people in track workout in the gym, cuz you can strengthen your legs alot w/ leg machines in the gym. Running is alot of endurance, toning, and great cardio. To really get the mucho strength you would workout in the gym.
