    She looks like a former cheerleader and yes she most likely worksout. She might run track but you get built legs like that from workingout in a gym and what not plus running. Most people in track workout in the gym, cuz you can strengthen your legs alot w/ leg machines in the gym. Running is alot of endurance, toning, and great cardio. To really get the mucho strength you would workout in the gym.

    Ahh i agree and disagree.

    Muscle comes in different types and the genetic code for them is expressed differently in people. Women who have 'thicker' muscular legs usually tend to anaerobic athletes. The will tend to put out more power since their sport requires short burst of strength and/or speed. They very well are 'lean' but the muscles are larger and myofibrils thicker in diameter than distance athletes who tend to have long lean muscles heavily saturated with mitochondria. Ahh this could get long and complicated in definition so I will stop now and hope that helps. I compete in ironmans but I am built for shorter races and that’s where I excel and win even though I hate sprinting.
