I think in terms of racing calenders. So my year ends around Nov.
this year has gone by fast. too fast imo.
I was bitching about this earlier.
This year has gone by so fast and 2010 is just around the corner.
Shit, it feels like New Years was yesterday. I dont know if its just me, but the years seem to fly by faster and faster.
It really does. Whenever people say "back in '96" or whatever I keep thinking "Yea 1996...it was just...wait 13 YEARS AGO?"
It's nuts.
Wonder if our years would eventually fade to days if we were to live forever.
Wait, this is probably beyond the subject of this thread...or is it?
On that note, I need to sleep.
so echo and roxie are gonna be having the buttsects before she gets too old?
but to answer QDs question, yes i too feel as if this year has flown by.
QD, I bet you still remember 1009
I have theorized that perhaps you have heard a similar theory elsewhere, since the logic in my theory cannot be denied, it is natural for others to theorize on my theory and extol the virtues of the theorization<----(Yes, I just created a new word for humanity to use as well)...
I remember well, actually. In the early part of the year, Valentine's Day I believe, the country that is now Lithuania was born. Or rather that was the first time it had been known and called Lithuania. Also, The Church of the Holy Sepulchre was all but annihilated by the Fatimid caliph Al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah. If memory serves correct, and it should because I was there helping, we knocked down every single stone and brick until nothing was left but the foundation of the church. This was also the year that Adčle of France was born. Many people know her as Adela of Flanders, but even more people will recognize the name Ned Flanders from the Simpsons. Ned is her great, great, great, great grandson twice removed four times over. It was quite a year it was. Later, QD.
just a question to Echo.....does that mean as you get up in your 70 ect that the days just seem like they fly bye?
