yeah I mainly did it to friends. unless I was downshifting for a turn or somethin! but mainly I did it cause the guys that I hung out with in pa had a lot slower cars then mine so it was like an inside joke! I never did it to random people and if some ricer did it to me I'd do it to let him know I heard him and make him feel small when the blow off valve went off! I love the look on some peoples faces when they heard it unexpectidly
