I don't get any revs.
If a car in my league is next to me at a light though, it's almost always assumed that it's a race when it goes green. Eye contact isn't needed.

yeah I mainly did it to friends. unless I was downshifting for a turn or somethin! but mainly I did it cause the guys that I hung out with in pa had a lot slower cars then mine so it was like an inside joke! I never did it to random people and if some ricer did it to me I'd do it to let him know I heard him and make him feel small when the blow off valve went off! I love the look on some peoples faces when they heard it unexpectidly

I admit sometimes I blip the throttle driving by a friends house or if I see him. I don't have a horn. I don't rev the shit out of my car to say hi though lol.

orly? i've turned around and messed with a few people, you get some weird "i was just kiddin" looks when you do though

i rev at people....its my way of saying "fuck you, my cars faster than yours"

i'm a ricer, i know, but i love messing with people who have modified cars....and i don't just do it because my cars decently fast, i've revved on people in auto civics before....it's just funny to me

On a serious note, Ive probably only revved at someone if they rev at me. When driving around town and in neighborhoods I keep my shit pretty quiet. I honestly cant race anyone near where I live and work. The roads are just too small and theres too many lights with traffic, so revving and letting my bypass valves do the talking is about the only form of racing ill find during the week.
