I used to work at Tijuana Flats * basically a fancier Moes* and they specialized in hot sauce. We sold a bottle of hot sauce that when you bought it you had to sign a waiver saying you didn't have any heart conditions to purchase it. I've used like 2tbl spoons in four years.

sounds interesting, name of sauce so i can see if i can order it or find it locally to try it out? or is it just called tijuana flats sauce?
