    sooo apparently ol' buddy we chilled with for a while (went to high school with the kid) was almost robbed the other night. until he hopped out of his truck and shot and killed the guy.

    edit: this was not a legal transaction between the two gentlemen.

    If the info in this thread is correct, If he was in the truck, why didnt he just leave the scene instead of getting out and shooting the other guy ?

    About the same situation happened to a dad's friend. A few guys were hitting him with baseball bats, he runs to his truck, gets his gun and shoots at them. Kills one and 2 survived. He got 13 years, but he's having another court in a few months, so he'll probably be out soon.

    I was thinking also, he could of just drove off while he was at his truck? I guess people don't think. One little decision can fuck up your whole life.

    Xanax is the worst drug. It makes you do some REALLY stupid shit. I was addicted to xanax since the summer of 2007. I have been arrested eight times since then, most because of xanax. My last arrest was in october, and i was not released until last month.

    XANAX ruined my life. when you are on them, you dont care about anything.
