it doesnt get you out of tickets, you just get less harsh penalties. pleading not guilty for a 7 over ticket is stupid anyways, its just wasting the courts time for maybe a 70 dollar ticket. i pleaded guilty to my first ticket, and i seen how far that gets me, now im pleading not guilty.
