This was on the local news, and I just wanted to know if you guys thought that the charges being filled on the driver are "fair."

A drag race caused an accident that killed a 15-year-old Sunday, according to the Houston County sheriff's office.

According to Capt. Robert West, two cars were racing on Branch View Trail around 9 p.m. Sunday when the driver of a 2005 Toyota Camry lost control of his vehicle and rolled over.

According to West,
Christopher Shim of Stone Mountain, a 15-year-old passenger in that car, was killed.

He said the driver of the car is Robert Chung, age 20, of Tucker. Chung is being held in the Houston County jail on charges of first-degree vehicular homicide and various other charges, West said.

West said he did not believe alcohol was involved in the crash. The driver of the second vehicle in the race was not identified. The accident remains under investigation.
