Congrats on losing the weight, as well I am trying to cut weight for my sake. I started to go walking which turned into speed walking and now Im jogging. All this started about 1-2 weeks ago, I was 245 now Im about 139.2-ish and I have to agree with the Glaceau Smartwater; that stuff is great and for a dollar at wal*mart you cant beat that.. I had something in mind but I didn't know if it was going to work since IA is.. IA, but I was thinking like in the end of the week we should all somehow manage to play volleyball or something.…

No, I just think it tastes better.. I wasn't able to drink a good amount of water because of how some water taste. You should try it, It only a dollar and I know from personal experience it's better spent on water than a cheeseburgerOriginally Posted by Brett
