    Default Down 33 Pounds!!!

    Well when Leisa passed I was 226lb, The heaviest I had ever been, alot of that was due to the kick ass home cooked meals Leisa would make for me... But these days 7 months later I am still dropping the weight.

    I am 193 as of today with my goal of 185lb!!!

    Leisa would be so proud of me

    Thats awsome.. dawg.. I lost 35.. from 257 to 222.. .. went to the Doctor yesterday.. so that was a nice sight..

    Now, I want to loose 20 more..

    Julio, I am not working out either... Just changed my whole lifestyle as far as food goes, I count calories and cut out all cokes, etc..... Its been hard to do but now I see pics of me even from a few months ago and Im like OH MY GOD I WAS GETTING FAT!! Okay I was fat!! LOL.

    George... I would kill for a Burrito!! LOL

    Thanks guys though, After Leisa died I realized what can happen if you dont take care of yourself, and that was my wake up call to go to the doctor and get a physical (Was my first since I was 15) and everything was good, even my cholerserol which I was shocked, So I knew if I didnt change my life and habits I would risk the same thing that happened to her.

    Yeah dude. same shit here man.. I went and got a physical as well.. I dont drink sodas anymore..

    I did go to the gym for awhile.. But it became more of a social then anything else.. So , I just watch what I eat.. and Never eat past 6, except on the weekends.. biggest problem I have right now..


    But yea man.. cool shit..

    Congrats on losing the weight, as well I am trying to cut weight for my sake. I started to go walking which turned into speed walking and now Im jogging. All this started about 1-2 weeks ago, I was 245 now Im about 139.2-ish and I have to agree with the Glaceau Smartwater; that stuff is great and for a dollar at wal*mart you cant beat that.. I had something in mind but I didn't know if it was going to work since IA is.. IA, but I was thinking like in the end of the week we should all somehow manage to play volleyball or something.…

    No, I just think it tastes better.. I wasn't able to drink a good amount of water because of how some water taste. You should try it, It only a dollar and I know from personal experience it's better spent on water than a cheeseburger
