Something else that makes BTEC mad..

im definitely going to fight it, i got alot of other things id rather spend $500 on instead of a "i couldnt move over" ticket. The only thing is i dont remember the exact location of where they were sitting considering it was the side of 75 south, abouth 15mins north of 475. I didnt think to look at the next exit that was in front of me due to maximum pissosity. But i know exactly how the cops were on the side of the road and around the curve, i just have to figure out how to present it to the judge and hope its not a "im not trying to hear it" type.

I actually callled the regular guys and they told me to use hot wheels cars too. lol!! I got some zip zap cars, the carrying case, the track with the cones so that might be good enough. Lol!!

Thanks for the comments everybody. I mean i used to get speeding tickets all the time and complain about paying 3 and 4 hundred dollar tickets til i realized, i did it to myself. Ill keep yawl posted on my presentation and outcome when i get back from court. i got a couple weeks to put something together.

oh your ticket doesn't it tell you the location of the ticket? usually they have to give the intersections.

nope. it just says 75 south. i already checked that the day after when i found out how much it was and decided to make war of this.

I was wondering when people were going to start talking about how to fight it... Definitely keep trying to figure out exactly where it was for pictures [or maybe even an aerial map] and the situation of having the van to your left. If the officer happens to show up, they can/should be able to pull the dash video from the cruiser to show that the van right there next to you.

That's how I am.. To the couple of people saying not to fight it--If I get a ticket when I know I was wrong, I'll suck it up and pay the fine, but when it's some bs...you bess believe I'm not going to put up with that.
