So nobody knew who it was or just won't say? Even with liability you signed a paper less than a year ago (after some laws changed) accepting or denying uninsured motorists insurance which would cover it.

I've had someone arrested leaving a party I was at after they passed out at the first light, I wouldn't care if it was family or a friend I'll still call them in.
