that sucks man. i vaguely remember when my dad went through cancer and how many pounds he dropped...even other family members of mine who have battled it. its a sad look.

*edit* are they really going to let him keep shooting The Beast the way he looks? are they going to do some computer generating of how he use to look? because if they don't i'd hate to even the episode with him in it looking the way he does.
