One more question. What is the policy if a person has a particular legitimate issue with a sponsor that has not been resolved? For example: Customer takes car to sponsor's shop for work. Sponsor removes engine, then stops. Customer waits 2 years asking for his car to be finished, then finally picks up the unfinished car, minus the parts that the owner of the shop has sold off. Customer is out many thousands of dollars (his $7K down in cash), an engine, and a lot of brand new parts - with nothing to show for it. Customer comes on here and shares his story. Will the customer who got screwed over be banned?Originally Posted by Vteckidd
Don't say that it doesn't happen. I know of this exact situation happening with a shop in town. I actually have documented multiple major issues with multiple shops over the years, and I just don't tend to bash, but if someone did post up their story, would that be considered bashing a site sponsor? Will legitmate information be withheld in the event that it conflicts with a site sponsor? I've seen many people over the years post up info similar to this, so this is a legitimate question.
