first off, you would have to try and hunt down some pcp which is damn near impossible these days (thank you dea propaganda) and even then it still cost WAY less to grow good bud than it would to "lace" it with pcp

back in the early 90's it may have been an occurance (RARE at that) but in this day and age you will never get pcp "laced" weed
