Yes. I am not saying it is impossible, it's just difficult. If a 5.0 mustang runs 4.11 gears to reach 8-10's it pretty much isn't going to do shit after on a hwy run besides pull quickly and run out of gearing.

My supra went 1:36 at road atlanta. Runs consistent 8's at the drag strip. Toys w/ 1000+cc bikes on the highway. I drive it ~5 days a week on the street W/ AC and powersteering.

Why do you think Viper is > Supra? I like them both, but the supra owns the Viper in the standing mile w/ less than 1/2 the size motor lol. 183 cubic inches. 241.8mph is what the supra ran on a 91mm turbo.

What do you think about the 6speed record? Why can't a Viper take down the 6speed IRS record that the supra holds. There will be 3-4 7 second 6speed supras very soon. Not 1 TTviper has dipped into the 7's and backed it up.
