you are right, dumber things have happened. I dont see how you can argue he violated their civil rights (which i believe they have), when they were ILLEGALLY TRESPASSING on his land.

I mean if they did win, that means pretty much Illegals can do whatever they want when they cross the border. you can argue that border patrol is violating their rights etc.
