speed does not need to be measured when the charge is racing. Racing is catagorized as a contest of speed between two or more cars. Hell, you could rail on it from a dig to 45 mph and it could still be considered racing. Get a lawyer anyway and good luck with the case. If you need a good lawyer, shoot me a pm.
