    speed does not need to be measured when the charge is racing. Racing is catagorized as a contest of speed between two or more cars. Hell, you could rail on it from a dig to 45 mph and it could still be considered racing. Get a lawyer anyway and good luck with the case. If you need a good lawyer, shoot me a pm. Mine has gotten me out of a couple predicaments.

    Did you know that technically a cop can give you a racing ticket for revving your motor? it falls under the category of exhibition of speed.
    You know better; next time will be a ban.

    True story. I got stopped for exhibition of speed while under 1/3 throttle. There was a minivan beside me at the light. Wtf?
