    hey guys...
    i just got a racing ticket yesterday after sonic meet
    it doesnt have any speed on it it just says racing?
    what do you think its gonna happen?
    and should i get a lawyer?

    Generally they lock you up, but because it's at the pigs discretion what to charge you with you may or may not go to jail. I got a street racing ticket when I was 17, which I was not arrested for, and a reckless at 18 which I was arrested for.

    Get a lawyer, or the next year or so of your life will be very boring, and you can almost count on not getting laid. Although if you keep your game face on you can still pull it off.

    Not really.It depends on the officer. My friend got a racing,reckless driving, speeding tickets, but didn't get arrested. He went to court by himself and the judge told him all he has to do is take the driving class. He is one lucky brother i tell you.

    speed does not need to be measured when the charge is racing. Racing is catagorized as a contest of speed between two or more cars. Hell, you could rail on it from a dig to 45 mph and it could still be considered racing. Get a lawyer anyway and good luck with the case. If you need a good lawyer, shoot me a pm. Mine has gotten me out of a couple predicaments.

    Did you know that technically a cop can give you a racing ticket for revving your motor? it falls under the category of exhibition of speed.
    You know better; next time will be a ban.

    Just fyi, just because some1 gets a racing ticket, doesn't mean he was racing. Just saying, but maybe he was, I don't know.

    I got a racing ticket while I was driving a 100% stock 1999 toyota camry, I was at a red light and some idiot in an s13 peeled out next to me when the light was green. I accelerated like normal but by the time I hit 30 mph I saw blue lights. The cop then proceeded to take me to jail, I was 16 years old, to gwinnett county adult JAIL. lol
