intent to distribute and failure to appear would result in an arrest, no questions asked. Unless of couruse, you got one of those corrupt cops that just took your cash, your stash and let it go at that. Failure to appear would also mean no bond. Distributing narcotics would result in seizure, or at least freezing until trial, of your bank accounts so you wouldnt be able to post bond yourself.
