Why didn't u call the non emergency # and ask for help? or aaa?
What make u think that they are not responding to a call?
1. dont know the number! 2. dont have aaa 3. they werent! when there doing the same speed as the rest of traffic, and no lights/sirens on there not responding to something most likely heading to or from the station or out of patrol!
