it sucks being this small. When I was in high school my best mile was around 5:15. I was on the Michael Phelps diet 6-8K calories a day and still couldn't gain an ounce. When I got out of high school found out I had runners knee and had to stop. Still eat around 4-6k calories a day and still just barely gaining weightI ran cc and track in hs and college.
I was the size you are now in HS.. One day this metabolism of mine will slow down......one day.
