Curioius. What was your best mile? I ran cross country and track in high school so whenever I hear people taking about running I get intrigued.

However it typically is the smaller ones that make the most noise. What they lack in size they have to make up for with mouth. Hydroshutter is a good example of this.

it sucks being this small. When I was in high school my best mile was around 5:15. I was on the Michael Phelps diet 6-8K calories a day and still couldn't gain an ounce. When I got out of high school found out I had runners knee and had to stop. Still eat around 4-6k calories a day and still just barely gaining weight :( . One day this metabolism of mine will slow down......one day.
