    Question I Need Help!!!!

    Well, Im tring to tone up and fill out my frame....I'm 5'11 and weighing @ 275lbs, I'm not fat, solid, yes, but I do have a lil gut and mini man boobs....I can do push ups and sit-ups all day, but there has not been any results. I have been at the same weight for 2 years, I'm not any more muscular(my arms are pretty big), nor am I any skinnier, but I'm trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help me?

    dude, 275 and you dont think you are fat? hmm.. .that might be okay for someone like 6'5" or 6'6" not 5'11".. sorry

    itz called...stick to a diet that works..and u have to constantly work out...not just work out once a week or somethin that like

    oh and yea if you were in the millitary and still can't drop the weight then get used to it cause it's there for good lol...umm really you cannot say you want to lose weight and gain muscle because as you gain muscle you will gain weight....but all i can say is run because you will burn fat easy and get a good diet

    you should work out and eat right, drink only water...

    there is a famous guy who said whenever someone put food in front of him during his 3 meals a day.. he'd eat half of what was on his plate .. he lost a ton of weight.. try that.

    Keep yourself occupied so you dont think about food...

    If you're trying to LOSE weight, stop working out so much and run ALOT(not jog, but run). Eat right and run.

    and yea if you want to lose weight or build muscle do not eat once a day...eat small 6 times a day...if you eat once a day only say 25% of the nutrients are used and the 75% is excrement....if you eat smaller portions then say 75% is used and 25% is excrement....you have to eat portions that your body will have time to break down and use

    My suggestion would be to either eat 3 full portioned meals or actually 8 small meals a day. When you eat small meals you are actually building your metabolism. You actually burn more fat that way. Drinking water reaguarly is a good idea just don't drink too much because then you are putting on water weight. When you run wear like a pullover or a sweat shirt that way you are losing water weight. If you go to the gym, try to make it there at least 3 to 4 days a week. That way you are getting into a routine. And also SEX is a great idea. I stayed down to 125. I was getting it everyday. Now I am 141, but my body fat is like 16%. That is not that bad, but could be better.
    Try these ideas, they actually work.

    Thanks for all the good advice....

    Now how can I do all of this working two jobs daily? I have to leave the house @9 and I dont get in until 11:30 to 12

    Any way I can work any of this in?
