Well, Im tring to tone up and fill out my frame....I'm 5'11 and weighing @ 275lbs, I'm not fat, solid, yes, but I do have a lil gut and mini man boobs....I can do push ups and sit-ups all day, but there has not been any results. I have been at the same weight for 2 years, I'm not any more muscular(my arms are pretty big), nor am I any skinnier, but I'm trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help me?
