i didn't sprain my ankle either. i sprained my foot. the doctor told me that this is a bad case of a sprained foot. it could take weeks to heal. i'm not allowed to put any pressure on it.

I think there is a 6 mo span where they can fire you for nothing. However, after you have been with a company past those 6 mo they need a legitimate excuse to let you go.... or just pay you to STFU
