i didn't quit. it is a job that i'm required to drive around and walk around office buildings. you can't do so with crutches.

i didn't sprain my ankle either. i sprained my foot. the doctor told me that this is a bad case of a sprained foot. it could take weeks to heal. i'm not allowed to put any pressure on it.

legally in Ga they dont need a reason to fire ya. they can just come in one day and say "hey your fired, no reason your just fired"

if it is within your first two months ( i believe ), they can fire you for no reason. after that amount of time, they have to give you warnings.

i'm not fore sure on that, but that is how my old job at Smoothie King was.

I think there is a 6 mo span where they can fire you for nothing. However, after you have been with a company past those 6 mo they need a legitimate excuse to let you go.... or just pay you to STFU :cheers:
