The LARGE "L" will work just fine. Try and pick a font that is not serifed (feet on the top/bottom) like Times New Roman. Bold is better.

Tracy: Im surprized your plotter will not take EPS files...thats what mine takes.
If we need to split up some of the cutting, I can help with that too...
Tracy is supposed to go the cutting and I will be weeding them.. but Im sure we could use a bit of help.
