K I actually see the reasons to compare military and this, they both had options to leave or not leave, ones who left the hurricane still are in alot of pain and suffering, and the ones who stayed are too... people are dying every minute that did leave NO...
Your friend had a option of going, no one would of hated him, look at every human being ABLE to go and fight that are still here. its not betrayal its him not wanting to risk his life. and he could of gone knowing he can come out safe or dead, just like the people in the dome, they are dying from starvation which is a slower death and more painful for millions to watch sitting there with them than i bet he suffered.
Hate bush or not, ITS THIER CHOICE ON LEAVING THE CITY, NOT HIS! remind me to call him next time a hurricane comes and tell him to stop and make sure heather agrees with the structures, surroundings, humans, prices of what is damaged, and make sure you have gas in your tank before the prices raise on thier own.
