And to answer the argument that your plate is public and can be seen at all times, that is great. In this case though - it's very different. In his NEGATIVE post towards the offenders, he offered information that was not needed by any1 in this thread - he already called the cops. IT'S DONE!!!

If I say "hey, a man saved my baby from a burning building - here are the plates, I didn't get a chance to thank him - please help" that's VERY diffrerent than posting this thread, then offering the plates to a bunch of guys on a forum. FURTHERMORE, had these guys been driving hot-rod Hondas, where their vehicles sleep at night and where their FAMILY sleeps at night is potentially compromised - say the Supra guys wrongfully got a ticket b/c of the Mazda guy - now he has information to "get even", key his car - stop by his house, etc. The plates adds NOTHING to this thread at all - and in fact, takes away from the "class-act" that Rut performed.

I shared this story so that maybe someone on here, either those kids or someone else would stop and think before they do something dumb that could hurt them or someone else. I also shared this because I care about this site. I care about a lot of good people on here, and I want people to have a positive impression for a forum that I spend a lot of time on and am glad to help moderate.

And yeah man, on a back road somewhere, sometime, I've had fun... and I was totally clear that I stood on my brakes, cause there was no reason for him to come after me. I never tailgated these people, I didn't do anything besides try to stop something bad in my mind that's imminent when people act like that, which is why i flashed them and then called the cops.

You're missing that they know better. THEY JUST LEFT A TRACK EVENT. In my eyes there is ZERO defense for what they were doing. One of the wagons had a shoe polish number on it, so I know he was racing, and that means he knows better.
