    I just saw the UPDATE on Ch. 2. Dude was an Illegal Last name Gallardo. LOL @ the fact that he was driving an Eclipse (Signature Vehicle).

    Probably because it was his cousin Javier's car. See Javier helped him get into this country so compromising Javier's name was not an option.
