I don't think that anyone is just going to come up to you and just kill you or whatever. They are just very troubled areas. You can LOOK at someone wrong and get into a confrontation.

I know you said "I'mma saltine" but believe it or not, alot of blacks ARE scared when a white person comes around. Never mind the fact that you may be in a big ass Budweiser truck. They will still think, "he still the white man" They not gonna bother you unless they felt the need to rob you. Honestly, if I saw a white man in my neighborhood thats 99% black, riding around at 11pm-2am at night, I would think he is a spy, police, Feds, whatever. I wouldn't bother him either. LOL
I know where Jonesboro South is. Had a homeboy that lived in there. I don't go there in my Bud truck(not at that hour). When a dude, tatted up , wearing a LONG BEACH cap rolls through the way I have, you don't think spies and shit. Spies don't want to make theirselves that known. Later, QD.
