I'd really learn how to cook decently. When I was a Freshman, I spent entirely too much money on food on/off campus. We have a Chic-Fil-A and Burger King and stuff on campus, but a "normal" meal there is ~$6. For $6 at Sam's, or even Kroger/Publix, I can get enough food to last 2-3 days.

But amen on not wanting to cook all the time. What college are you at? I'm assuming you guys have a card your parents can place money on, see if local places give you a discount. Quite a few places around Emory do that for us.

uneconomic school kids. Being able to cook ur lunch is much better than buying it all the time. Plus u SAVE money so u can use it for other things.
