and its my 3rd ticket within a year and a half. I need to know what EXACTLY what would happen if I plead "no-low" because if I just pay it I'm guranteed to loose my liscense.
mmm more info please.
What were you other 2 tickets.
How old are you.
What ticket did you get this time?
So Does This Make You A Badass Or Something?

If insurance fixed the other guys car, then the first ticket should have been dropped.Originally Posted by slovic-fcc
2nd is 14 over, so it shouldn't be on your record.
3rd I'd say go to defensive driving, then talk to the solicitor and see what they say. But get your MVR before you do anything, see if anything is on your record currently.

14 and under is 0 points, but you still have the fine and its still on your record.
Actually theyre both right, having experienced both I know what I'm talking about. I've had 2 failure to yield tickets that were both dropped because the other party didn't show up to court (their car was fixed by insurance, so they didn't need to come). I didn't pay the fine, didn't get any points, and there is nothing on my record.Originally Posted by BanginJimmy
And one time I was in court for 2 speeding tickets on the same day, 1 18 over and 1 27 over. Both were dropped to 14 over, I paid the fine, but neither are one my record.

Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.
First ticket: If it was failure to yield, 1 point, if it was disobeying a traffic signal, 3 points. We'll go with 3.Originally Posted by slovic-fcc
Second ticket: 59-45 = 14 over. Zero point offense.
Third ticket: 71-55 = 16 over. 2 point offense.
Your total points are 5 out of 15. You have not hit the magic Under-21 4 point per violation limit, nor have you gotten a reckless driving or DUI ticket. You should reasonably be able to pay the fine without a mandatory court appearance and keep your liscense. Assuming what you've told us is all correct.

I just came out of court, with 31 over at age of 18. They droped my ticket i used the no low. gl
PM me if you want a copy of your MVR. And the Following too close ticket will still be on your record regardless if your insurance fized the other persons car. Would recommend taking a defensive diving course and talking with the solicitor with your certiciate of completion in hand before court.Originally Posted by slovic-fcc

what all is on the MVR and is it like checking your credit? the more you look at it the worse it is for your credit?Originally Posted by carbon_crash
Defensive Driving FTW!! I Highly recommend taking it.. also wear a suit and tie to court, as many times as I've had to sit in a court room it helps trying to appease the judge by at least dressing up and taking the course also shows you're trying to be responsible. Oh and the failure to yeild has a no point factor so none to worry on that. If I can get out of 2 driving w/ suspended licenses, 1 DUI Dropped ( I passed the field test completely bombed), 91 in a 55 paid fine, 98 in a 65 took course and it was dropped, 50 in a 35 warning... Incorrect lane change (I passed a car in the grass median in front of a cop) it was dropped in court. And the list goes on so your little ticket is fine just take the class I've taken it 3 times works everytime

Yall New England drivers is something else. lol
And yes, defensive driving class is FTW. I took it twice on a technicality or somethin. I got caught at 102 in a 55 and it was dropped and 98 in a 55 and it was also dropped. So if u can or they offer it, take it and MAKE time to go. 0 points 0 hassle.
CHASE ->>> WHAT MATTERS
No GA in NE bad combo... oh and I was driving my Scoob AWD works great @ 60 in the grass...Originally Posted by blaknoize

I got failure to yield ticket about a month ago. I can just pay for the ticket, or go to court and fight it. I just payed for it so that i dont have to worry about it.
