    PM me if you want a copy of your MVR. And the Following too close ticket will still be on your record regardless if your insurance fized the other persons car. Would recommend taking a defensive diving course and talking with the solicitor with your certiciate of completion in hand before court.

    Failure to yield isn't the same thing as following to close. If he went to court for his failure to yield ticket, and the victim of the accident didn't show up, then the ticket would've been dropped.

    I guess I didn't make that clear enough in the last post.

    what all is on the MVR and is it like checking your credit? the more you look at it the worse it is for your credit?
