yes it is, My brother is Handicapped an if you made fun of him while he fell, well I hate to sound like a Jacka$$ , But I would beat youra$$....but since you would never see my brother, its cool,,,, might sound/look funny but you have to put yourself in their shoes, would you like someone to laugh at you? not trying to let this subject get to me...BUT Dont laugh how about giving him a hand an being a man , an tell him are you ok, an be there......
