I like to gauge one's maturity by how they can respond/react to a problem. Most will create useless comments that have nothing to do with the topic at hand just to sound "witty" and hide behind the guise that they are, in fact, suffering from a touch of the downs. A select few will make consequent statements that will ultimately lead to a problem solved.
