none yet chica... i was out in knoxville with bryant tonight and eric didn't text me. last i heard the breathing lung thingy was doing 92 percent of the work for her and she was doing 8 on her own. some brain activity present. she had NO brain activity last weekend and was not breathing on her own whatsoever... this is quite an improvement in eric's eyes... you all PLEASE continue to pray!!

no update today... i have not talked to eric in a little while (which means nothing has gotten worse). as soon as i do i will update this thread. guys i really appreciate all the thoughts/ prayers and covet your future ones for eric, nikki, and the twins. please do not slack off as i can not imagine what it would be like to loose my best friend/ fiance and my baby girls...

I think alot of you didnt understand what Eric posted, her lungs have collasped she was good yesterday till last night, they operated and tried to help. But today she has gotten weaker and weaker.Her Sister told me Nic is on full ventalator now,they are allowed to stay around the clock for 10 mins every 2 hours. (2 people) immediate family. They have decided to let God decide Nikki and the girls future, I personally am not letting her give up, Get up girl im tired of this, I know you hurt hunny ,but you have to try for our girls and yourself.

eric just sent this out. she wrote it for him the night she blacked out for the last time:

I know things are so hard right now,my family not
liking you cause you are OSD. But I have been crazy about you since

they are. the problem is that they are not due until the last week of JULY. not june like i first thought. at this point their lungs have not developed to the point to allow them to survive without being connected toher umbilical cord (or at least my understanding, any mothers/ doctors/ knowing individuals post up if you know about something that lets them do that... im not real up to date on this kinda stuff). everyone on vortex lit candles at 9 o'clock tonight for nikki, eric, and one for each twen. if you want, light candles and post up pics... i'll post them up for eric to see... here's one that brought a tear to my eye:

New update:

I have some good news but yet sad news. Nicole is been receiving the new drug to help her and the girls lungs and reduce swelling (fluid). And this morning at 4:27 am they started taking off the paralizing drug, She is now breathing(inhaling something she could not do before, at 5 percent (her breathing 5% and the ventalator doing the rest at 95%, She has moved her hand to her belly, and she keeps it there,if you pull her hand down she will put it back.. Her pnuemonia is better. She has learned to inhale some on her own now 5%, But Erikka twin b named after Daddy Eric, is not doing good, her lungs are not developed enough to be taken by c-section, but the fluid that surrounds the babies is not what it should be, there seems not to be enough, Twin B is in stress. They are having to come up with the hardest decision ever, we all know what Nic wanted, But to her mom and dad and stepdad, she is their lil girl, they dont want to lose her. Eric doesnt want to lose Nic but knows her wishes. I know what she told me, without my girls I would not want to spend a day on this earth . and the other thing is, Doctors have to do what is the best for each. At this time,Nicole and Erikka probably would not make it through surgery, So before everyone condems the parents, its a decision made by them all, Nikki and the twins will remain together,in God's hand, It is going to be all three or none at this time. If Nikki was to keep getting better they will save her, If the girls with increased meds and new filters and mostly just time ,time they need to grow and develope ,they will save the girls. C-section is not a alternative at this point. It's a hard decision one they are having a hard time over, but have decided to let God's mercy save them all,or let him take the ones he wants, Please dont think them mean, there is really no option, but that could change at any given day, Nicole has a guardian and eric and her dad and her sister will do the decisions all together. I hope its all the right decisions , they ask for understanding and more postive posting and prayer. Where she is at Eric has no rights over her and the girls are not considered anything but fetus,(he has attorneys) but they are allowing him to have a say in this. I know it has to be very hard on him,and on her family. Tonight please light those candles flashlight carlights matches lighters this will be it. There is improvement in Nicole and i pray for more for her and for Erikka (Twin B) she is having a ruff time :lips:

9:00 tonight i'm gonna be burning 4 candles, one for eric, nikki, and each girl... if you do the same, post up a picture

I can't even imagine having to go through all of the emotions he's going through. All you can do is try and keep your wits about everything and concentrate on whats best for Nikki and the kids. I know when my wife was pregnant with our son, she had a ton of complications due to her having diabetes. The Dr. that was there to monitor her insulin dosage did just about everything wrong...and her blood sugars would sky rocket....then she would crash really bad....and during delivery I almost lost them both...it was very scary and I can honestly say that I thank God every day for him letting me keep and enjoy my family....

My prayers are with Eric, Nikki, and the twins......God bless.

This update is for Eric to since he doesnt know either, Nicole has been moving some on her left side, She keeps her hand moving slowly more and more,She is breathing 27 percent on her own, Clinically Dead People must do that :laugh: ,I think its because of you guys,All the prayers and posting you all do. Erikka is still in stress but her sister is a kicking lil thing ,she had her foot in erikka's face, her butt in her face,She is doing great. So just to let you know,they are concerned that when Nikki had the stroke it may have effected her right side, but they dont know yet. Eric she is doing better just so you know. And she isnt a passenger type girl,she would drive you and tell you to hold on, you know that, or she would say !!, is this all this car can do? :laugh: Thank all of you from her mother ,father,stepdad,guardian and her brothers and sisters, And Bless you all guys ,You guys are all winners in my book thanks, I love you Nic, im waiting for that
