Yeah, I've had BOA waive some overdraft fee's too. I just emailed them and explained that I needed those overdraft fee's back or else I couldn't pay me bills ( I had no bills to pay lol ) and they gave it back within a few hours.

I'm currently just going to Wachovia because I just recently started working again, and first time around ( being broke ) I had to fill up my car with $25 of gas to last the week, and I had a $1.06 in my account, so I knew what I was getting into. I just cash out to make sure I have all the $$$ to get back onto my feet before I just go back to depositing in my account. ( Btw, just finishing up a semester where finding a job to work with my schedule was a ****ing whorehouse )

You're hit or miss with Customer Service on the phone though. I just go to the website, login, and send them an email lol. They can't ask questions that way
