i have wachovia and i dont have a single complaint with them. the last time i had a charge was when the banker didnt put down that i had a free student checking and i got charged a service few. went to the local branch and everything was straightened out the same day, but it did take one day for them to credit the money back to my acct because i came in near the end of the day.
