To everyones question absolutly I negotiate prices at Dealers everyday. My statement was, why is that the case in our society but I will say I try to but I am not rude about it. If I have the best price I run with it. Some dealers have vehicles marked at a blow out price so they have no room. I buy over 30 cars a week for my company from many Dealers around town including Ron's. I work for a Credit Union Auto Finder Service that deals with Major Customer Service.
To the kid from Chevy just FYI: Ron's is not a Buy Her Pay Her lot. His finance company's he uses are Large Banks and like Capital 1. Most of his Cars are Over 10 Grans and have gone through a Certified Shop.
Thanks again to those who can see a heated momment got out of control for both. Like I stated I was not there but now the kid said we tried to sell him a Flood car but how did he know it was a flood Car. Cause we told him it was not Ron's Auto Sales Vehicle and I believe he asked if we would trade for an accord that he was trying to sell on here for many many months. That car was Ron's personal Car he was going to turn into a Track Car.

well if i go to check out a car anywhere, im going to offer less, no matter what the price is.
true or not, what i did see in the video was a very inappropraite way to handle a bad situation, whether or not the customer was at fault, or if the dealer was at fault. and i will not be a supporter of bad customer service. im not following anyone, this is my decision.
when i get bad customers that haggle with me(over $1 lol) i say i cant do that, bottom line. no explanation or excuses needed. it's just 'i can't do that'. if they get pissy, i politely ask them to leave. if they refuse, the cops are on the way. no threats or rude language, shouting, or camera slap shutting off-ing needed. nowhere should you get physically involved.
there is a right way and a wrong way to handle customers, no matter who is at fault. and that was not apparent in this video. hence, i will no longer go there.
he has NO right to touch you or your car. REPS to you for holding your composure for so long. I would have SNAPPED once he breathed on my car.
