I'd be pissed if you were yelling at my customers. Let him loose your business, but don't make him loose other people's. That's just bad ethics and makes you look like an ass. He still in the wrong. I'm sure he now knows calling the police and waiting would have been a better option than threatening violence. From my take, the actions of both parties involved were uncalled for.
