Hey did anyone that went to the SeLoc event see my stock STI?

Its nothing special....I know. It only puts 270whp down but, its my car.

Hey why didn't Gay Speed show up? I saw Dan(WRX STI) aka...OLD MAN there but where were his buddies?

OH Big Baller, we still didn't get bitched slapped. I could of sworn that someone said..if they saw us face to face we would get that.

Tray and I took his nephew to lunch and took him shopping. He goes back to California in a week or so, and wanted to spend time with us. Maybe next time.

i like how the wrx guys were talking shit about how your hood was closed then we relocated over to them and popped the hood... they all acted like they didn't care then 10 mins later they are all over there drooling over it

i find it amazing out of the 15-20 wrx/sti's there only one didn't look stock

i guess ill reply to this since most of the wrx guys your talkin about dont post over here. most of us dont have ass loads of cash to spend on our rides, but we support each other. we were there at 10am till 5pm with 20 plus cars the whole time.

stock or not! btw most of us have mods just not rotated setups. i guess it takes a rotated to be not stock huh? :confused: most of us auto cross so a rotated turbo has too much lag for that kinda racing. the bolt ons go under the heatshield so for a avrage person i could understand why they all think its stock. im not gonna fall for the droolin thing again. you can read attn jt money and see how i feel about being told i was droolin.

its cool i'm not knocking anyone individually i don't even know you guys, but for those talking shit its quite funny... "oh he won't even pop his hood", so we moved the car closer for the guys to get a closer look... its not about how much money you spend or what you have done to begin with but if your going to talk shit atleast have something to back it up

Look, nobody is averse to seeing some loudmouth get his comeuppance. But there are better ways to do it than using phrases like 'Gay Speed' and baiting trash talkers by keeping one's hood closed (though I'm sure there could be other reasons, I wasn't there so I'm not even going to bother speculating on the vagaries). At some point you cross the line from 'a little trash talk and calling someone out' to 'making everyone around you more stupid because of all the retarded shenanigans'.

The point of my comment wasn't to say 'I'm better than all of you because I'm more mature', I have no doubt that there are some very couth, upstanding, intelligent people in this community. However, it seems like at these gatherings, it all plummets down to the lowest common denominator in one way or another.

I'm just saying maybe the IA scene could do with a little more class sometimes. I can't imagine why anyone would disagree.

every scene could always use more class, but there is competition/jealousy in everything its life people just need to learn to deal w/ it.
